I believe Telmex is on 40th Avenue at about Calle 6. That's pretty close, anyway. There's a separate queue on the right (at the desks) for new business & anything besides paying your bill.
When we signed up for new service, they gave us a piece of paper to stick in our window & said someone would "stop by" in 30 to 60 days! Kinda makes that US experience of "the cable/washer repair/telephone repair etc. guy will be by between 12-4" seem like a dream. Oh, and they said that someone would
bring us a modem, to our door. We both said, yeah right. The dog chewed part of the piece of paper, so I took the remains & put it in the laminator & stuck it on the front door. Sure enough, about 45 days later a guy stopped by to put in the lines. Then the next day someone actually came by and BROUGHT us a modem. To the door. Imagine that. But if you already have the lines in, Michele, I bet it will be really fast.
