How about diputado (sp?), alcalde, presidente, bis-presidente, seguridad, policia, federale, transito...I'm sure google would present more in that vein...
you could go with the states of mexico (but it would difficult (perhaps?) to assign a hierarchy (sp?)) or maybe towns of QRoo (in size); playense, cancunese, cozumeleño, carillo portense (for FCP?), tulumenses, etc. It is hard to imagine the correct name of each town; I've guessed on most of these.
