As I believe I said, get the Fodors book, and read up on the area...and decide ahead of time as to some of the possible side trips to take. There is supposed to be some good scuba diving in the area you are thinking. The Ocotal Resort has a number of dive boats, and go out daily....we did not do ziplining, so I can't answer that.....Research is the key! Enjoy the adventure
I also went on Amazon and found 3 pretty good maps of the country, one by toucan guides, out of Colorado, and International Travel Maps....from Vancouver....they got us around pretty well...
