We are staying at Pension San Juan hotel again. Love that little place. Maybe the same guy will be "parked" in front of the bar across the street again.........yelling "Hey, come on in! Wanna get drunk?" I swear he had a drink for everyone who passed on by.....cuz he often looked a little durnk.

I'm going to have to stock up on cargo shorts or something.....because I refuse to haul a purse around.....Good idea about taking a little notepad.....I hadn't thought that far.....was just thinking of jotting things down when we'd return to the hotel at night....but by then.......I'm sure I would forget something that happened during the day. And......with the crew that will be down there when we are.......I'll have to be sure to get some sort of waiver signed by them so they don't sue me when I do a "Tell All.....National Enquire" style report when we return. With photos provided by Mikey to back up my words...........Word.
The deck in PA appeared finished....from what you say. Yes, weird about it being a fishing village w/ no seafood, but the burger hit the spot- acutally I would recommend it if you return. I wanted to stay at PSJ- the prices are great, but they never returned my emails...looks like a nice place and location.
I know what you mean about a purse. I carry one with long straps to sling across my chest for travelling, but if you dont want to deal w/ that one idea is to stick the notepad in the camera case (if it is big enough and there is room to spare). The notepad we got was 3x5. Another idea is to carry a mini click pen to save room. Cant wait for the photos and the report!
