Boogie boards were 130 pesos at Mega yesterday. There was a huge display around by electronics. I suspect they have inventory for awhile.
A reasonable mask and snorkel kit can be had for about 300 pesos. If you're looking for something better, Dive Mike on 8th carries a nice inventory of equipment.
