There is a way to do that, using an anonymous proxy server. (
This site gives a good simple definition of proxy servers.) The easiest way to do this is to use one of the many anon proxy server websites out there. Just google 'anonymous proxy server'. All you do is enter the website url and go. The problem is that you don't know which country the proxy server is in, so you may need a lot of tries before you get a country which will work for you.
There is a more effective way to do this. But it is more technical, and I wouldn't recommend it to the average person. You would need to find the IP address for a U.S. anonymous proxy server online and then configure your browser to use that server. This will affect everything your browser does, and most people will want to change it back as soon as they're done. If you forget, it may affect some other things you do online.
