John's cousin and her husband are in New Orleans right now! They're actually supposed to sail from Alabama because of the oil spill near New Orleans. Carnival says the cruise is still on, but I think it's going to get cancelled.  Most importantly, I hope they're safe wherever they end up. I just called them and got no answer.

If they leave early Sunday and sail real fast.....they can outrun it...just depends is G turns more to the west. He is not due to make landfall till the early hours of Tuesday. The cruise people will have a better idea of where G is going to head tomorrow.
