John and Libby, I just wanted to say a big thank you for posting all of these menus. I hope you don't mind but I saved some to print out to use in my classroom. I'm going to have the kids do role plays where they have to order and do a presentation for the class. Each group will have a little "problem" they'll have to deal with (such as they're out of something, the bill is calculated wrong, or they don't have enough money and they don't take credit cards). First I'm going to have them study the menu for their group and find out about all the food listed (I'm only using the Spanish menus). This way they'll have to learn about Mexican food first and not ask me to explain what everything is on the menu (plus I'd like to know what some of the items are too!
