Tired as hell. The little bike ride turned into a 5 hour ride and ran out of water. Shirt soaking wet with sweat, bruises and cuts, busted up pedal, jacked up my gears......and had a helluva good time. Man I love where I live!! Jumping off rocks and logs and flipping off my bike...a day fully taken advantage of. Followed that up with friends on The Deck, beer, buffalo burgers, and the most awesome shrimp and scallops kabobs!! Off tomorrow and I think the same thing is shaping up!!

Just installed some bamboo blinds on The Deck. My neighbor got them out of the dumpster at a World Market. They must have been returned or and old display, but they look great and can't see anything wrong with them. So instead of completely drawing the curtain, the bamboo blinds can be used as they allow some light in. Looks way cool, even during the day.

Well, there's no dumpster (although I feel like my house looks like the inside of one at the moment) and there's no World Market in my area.

Anyway, I need a drink. A cold cerveza or a really really really dirty martini (whore on prom night dirty) would do me good right about now.

I've been MIA from the forum (again)...so much has been going on. A death, work, a possible move, school, etc.....at least I leave it all behind in 36 days.

You're in luck sister! I had my bridal shower on Saturday and the theme was Stock the Bar. I got TONS of glassware, mixers, and alcohol. So I'll make you the skank-whoriest-dirty martini you ever had!
