Default Are we ready for some football?!

Hi everyone. I've been absent for a while (darn FACEBOOK!) but I am looking forward to hearing some trash from my buddies Mikey, Marman and Sideways! And anyone else that hates the Giants!
The pre-season is almost over so pull out your crazy signs, hats, t-shirts and any other sort of sports fan junk you happen to have and let the fun begin!
Go GIANTS!
p.s. Ive missed you all! I hope I'm better at trash talking this year! You all taught me alot last season.

I actually have 2 good friends who both played for the NY Giants. Frat Bro's,
Tom Mullen and Dennis Heim SW MO State. Mullen drafter 2nd rnd in 74' and Heim (in my pledge class) drafted 78? Don't know which round. I can remember as a Freshman when Mullen and Csonka came back to town and all hell broke loose to put it mildly.

Well, I'm all set in front of my Big Screen here at home. Cold refreshment at hand and Italian Sausage on the grill. I'll watch my team as long as I can today, I'm afraid the Ravens at home are gonna Chew on the Chiefs. For that matter this whole season may be a long one for me ( if the pre-season was any indicator which isn't always the case) but hey, I'm still a fan!
PLAYBALL! Here's hoping it's a GREAT SEASON and who knows maybe even catch a game w/some of you in Playa this year.

I'll hopefully make it out to PG's this evening to watch the Bears/Packers game. I look forward to seeing what our new QB (Cutler) can do.

GO BEARS!
Well, my Chiefs did much better than expected. I actually could stand to watch the WHOLE game. Flacco won't get away with a game like that again this year but a fine performance I'll admit.

What an awful way to start the season. There was definitely some miscommunication between Cutler and the other offensive players.

And, what was up with that running play -- 4th and 11 yards to go? Followed by the call for the play to be reviewed?

Sorry, Starfish, but the Pack did not look much better. They've got their work cut out for them as well.

The one positive of the night is that I got to watch the game at home because my favorite sports bar was only showing baseball and there was a raggae band rockin' the place. I was my own cheap date tonight.

Sorry John, but Packer fans are always happy when we beat
"Da Bears".
