Pan Blackened Tuna topped with caramelized onions and peppers served on a burger roll drizzled with chipotle remoulade.

Sautéed chicken breast with onions, peppers and melted manchego cheese served on a pita bread with a side of tzatziki sauce.

Filet mignon sandwich $110
Seared filet mignon slices served on fresh bread with caramelized onions, sautéed spinach and melted Oaxaca cheese.

They used to have an outside company play the movies and charge for the lounge chairs or beds, but now they are playing the movies themselves. I really don't know how far ahead they will decide on the movie for the next Monday but I will post it here as soon as Rick tells me.

I went there once and watched the Count of Monte Cristo, ate some natural potatoe french fries and really enjoyed it a lot.
Jan and I are going tomorrow because he wants to see Get Smart, I know it is a school night, but I think it is great to watch a movie like that!

This is great news Claudia. The outside company used to charge a $50 peso cover (patently illegal) and we could never get ANY advance on the films they would be playing. I am so glad Rick is the new "go-to" guy. He's aces.
