Bali Club Closing Party - November 21-23, 2008

Bali Club is closing its doors. The adios party started today at 11am and continues on through Sunday, November 23rd at 2pm.

Wow. It seems like just yesterday that Bali opened. Remember the good old days, hanging out at DJ's, watching the "club crowd"? *sigh*

I understand that Bali's will be the new home of Coco Bongo's???

No, I believe that Coco Bongo is opening on the corner of Calle 12 and Av 10. It's going to be in the strange looking building with metal things jutting out of it. They aren't done making it really obnoxious looking yet.


For anyone interested in attending their closing party tonight, Bali Club has free drinks this evening from 10pm-midnight.

Yeah, I remember being at DJs on Bali's opening night. We were taking bets on whether or not Bali would really open. They were doing construction right up until they opened their doors around 11pm. A few of us went to go check it out. They were giving out free drinks that night. It was utter insanity, packed to the gills! But I do have a few fond memories of less crowded nights there. It was a cool place, but way too expensive.
