Default Rules?

Ok...I want to start by saying I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this site. It has a great look and feel to it, not too complicated, but just overall a nice looking, user friendly site. Good job to whoever designed it.

Just in reading through the threads, people on here are geniune and not condesending. I love that, too because as a new person looking to make friendships with others that have the same common interest (Playa), the last thing that a new person wants to hear is how stupid they are or made to feel stupid for asking what may or may not be a stupid question.

OK...so to my real stupid question ...I can not find any rules/regulations regarding placing a company logo into a signature line. I was told to take my logo out of my signature on a different forum (basic company logo with a link to my soon to be built website for property management for long term rentals in the Playa area). It's fine if it's not possible and I completely understand the position of various sites not wanting members posting their company logos in the signature lines. I just want to make sure before I do anything and make some upset.

Thanks for the compliments on our website. We really appreciate it.

With regards to rules... we admit that we have not had adequate time to write out the few rules and restrictions that we have on In The Roo and our discussions forums. We are trying to address that issue as time permits.


As far as corporate banners in your signature go... they are acceptable here. However, please try to keep any image under 400 pixels wide and 100 pixels high and your entire signature (any additional text or images) under 150 pixels high.

As pixel size differs based on screen resolution, here's a 400 pixel wide by 100 pixel high image:



I hope that helps to clarify things.
