Ummm - why does it say roobie under my name?

I've noticed members have sort of nickname under their profile names. Under some it says "modelo". Under mine it says "roobie". Is this some sort of indication of how long I've been a member - like freshman, sophomore, etc..?

The name changes according to how many posts you make...The breakdown is posted somewhere, but I am too lazy to look.
