Mike, I like technology and would love to have an area to discuss it. However, until we have a few people talking about tech, I can't justify a new section devoted solely to it. Then again, maybe people don't talk about it here because there isn't an obvious place for it?

What kind of information did you want to discuss? Where to buy things in the Riviera Maya? How to order hard to find items from Mercado Libre? Start us off on a few discussions and we'll see where it goes.

A Carlos Slim failed company. Not to many of them. Man that guy has his hands in everything. I think I just read that he dropped from 1st to 2nd richest dude in the world. He tried to do a hostile takeover of Circuit City a few years back when I was there and CC put up a fight. Wish I had a part of that dudes dough.
