Throwing down a bash tomorrow on The Deck!! My niece is getting married in the a.m. and we are bringing the party back to The Deck to celebrate after the reception and ALSO to celebrate my dad completing his chemotherapy
  My dad, sis and bil flew out today for the wedding and my dad will be giving my niece away at the wedding tomorrow. Long story short on my dad, but he learned last year at this time that he had pancreatic cancer and the doctors gave him 3 to 6 months to live , He got a 2nd opinion, underwent a whipple procedure, where they essentially cut out the cancer, reroute your plumbing, and go from there. He is still with us today, a year later, and on the mend. He is 85 years old and I'm so thankful he was able to come out for the wedding I'll put some pics up sometime soon!! Cheers to my dad and niece!!

We have giant throwdown tonight here in cincy. Riverfest, big ass party downtown. Bands rockin all day and huge fireworks show tonight. They shoot them from barges on the river. Spectacular. Been doing it for about 30 years I think.

Hey Streck, glad to hear that your dad is a fighter. Good thing for 2nd opinions. Tell him to party on for me!
We're laying low in good ole Playa. The summer heat continues to kick our ass and we're now at the worst of low season.

A few pics of my nieces wedding, family, and my dad who was home to walk my niece down the aisle. Poor dad, he didn't feel very well the 3 days he was out here. When he got home he had a blood test done and his cancer cells have regrouped. He is pretty down in the dumps, more so now that Patrick Swayze has passed on (dad has pancreatic cancer). He feels as if his time on this earth is limited. I'm just thankful he was able to come out for a few days!
Here is my niece, Susan, and husband  Susan and Tylyn  Susan and Tanya  Dad and Tylyn on The Deck  Dad and my sister  My brother in law and sister at Arrowhead Golf Course. You may recognize the rock formations, as they are used in those office type inspirational pictures.  On our way down in to Estes Park
