Default Will winter ever end?

It was 57 when I got up. By the time I left for work (2 hours later) it was 35. We are suppose to get more snow over the next few days. So much for global warming. This has seemed like the winter that never ends.

it was 71 at midnight, it's snowing now and 35 degrees. My palm tree is covered in snow. Sure glad we aren't leaving in the morning, what a mess.

Went back home to Ohio to bury my 102 year old grandmother this past Friday. I get there and it's snowing like a mother. Meanwhile, it's nice and balmy back in Denver. Leave Ohio on Saturday with crappy weather, it's a record high of 74 in Denver that day. Wake up Sunday morning to 3" of snow and 25 degrees! Yeah that sucks!!

If it makes any of you out there feel better, I was out fertilizing my yard this weekend.

Seriously, it did turn a little nipish yesterday, but it's already starting to bounce back.

19 F in Milwaukee this evening, no snow in sight, it keeps going to Chicago!
Had 50+ on Sunday, and it melted the ice rink that was my driveway! Looking forward to a warmup sometime!

It feels like it's been winter for ever here. We didn't even get a summer last year it rained literally ALL year...I think we had about 3 nice days max.

It's freezing, and windy and rainy here at the mo...shouldn't it be technically spring now

We're expecting to get hit this afternoon. Might be the last big one for March, so I might actually have a snow storm party at my house. It's nice having good friends within walking distance and a beer store a block away. Everything you need!

We're on the "rain" side of that same front.
All our snow is already washed away, and it looks like the plants are into their "spring" mode.

I forget who said it, but this is where we are now:
"Spring makes everything look filthy."

All sorts of ick to pick up on our lawn.

It's here and it's ugly. Now they are calling for 12+ inches. I'm hoping this is the last big one. I'm good as long as we don't lose power again.
Stay warm, dry and safe!

Default Will winter ever end?

That's a GREAT question. I have spring fever SO bad, Im going insane. Although the snow is melting, we have so much of it that it's going to be May or so before I see my lawn!
