Welcome to In The Roo, and on Thursday, Quintana Roo!

All Inclusives are a great way to get your feet wet in a new place. Don't feel bad for booking one for your first time to the area. Once you get out and explore a little, you will find other areas around here that you can stay at your next time around.

Which AI will you be at? We hope you'll post some of your experiences there after the fact.

The one at the bar with a beer and a shot of Jaeger... I think I saw you a few times last Friday.

Have a great vacation!

There is so much good eating in PDC and the Yucatan in general.

I hope you have a fabulous visit.

Talking less than 24 hours now

tried to sell fish or shrimp tacos in sc were a dismal failure, tasted great ...just would not sell well....nasty divorce closed both restaurants ...now going on 1st real vacation since 2004 to dominican republic...valentin imperiel is a new AI in playa owned by a large spanish hospitality group that i stumbled into in researching this trip...very high reviews on trip advisor...changed from BB esmeralda as their reviews were pretty bad at times...have to go pack joe
