If you wana come on down to fish- that would be more than cool ! The Fall run striper season is more off the hook with bigger weights and easier catchin'. Begins around mid September with lots of #'s and quality fish. I have everything -- including the boat.

Cost is 1/2 the gas and oil and 1/2 the launch. .....and some shared beer.

Our 12's are 4, 3, 3, 4 with i week long change ..... I flip flop more than a fish out of water and it sucks with O.T. tossed in the mix ! When we first went to 12's the 7 and 7 is what I wanted. -- But it got voted down by alot of fools.

It pays the bills ...and playa/Cabo trips...

ARCO was a decent company to work for, BP seriously sucks. Since they bought us out 6 years ago it's been downhill.

I also work 12's....alternating days/nights every other shift group. 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. Of course we have "On Calls" and assigned OT's on our days off.

Yuppers .... Never seen the Morale at at all time low for ALL the employee's. No more fun times, lots of mandatory training on your off days, lots of new procedures and "programs" stuffed daily .... all the while these "HighUp" pencil pushers are sitting in their chair with no family life at all.
