I'm just getting a couple girlfriends together, but this sounds fun! I saw her flyer for the African dance class at Coffee Cafe. I gotta get out there!

Well, I went to the salsa class. The studio is AMAZING and Tiffany seems really cool. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding between her and the salsa instructor. He thought he was there to do a demonstration of what the class would be like, rather than actually to teach a class right then, so he brought a bunch of students with him and they did a demonstration of the Cuban Rueda style salsa.

They haven't worked out if he will be teaching there, but it looked like his class would be so much fun. However, he did say that he was surprised we didn't bring our husbands and he preferred if we all came with our partners. I'm not sure what planet he lives on where you can actually FIND a man to take a dance class with. Grrrr. Hubby already took dance classes with me 7 years ago and he "never has to do that again." Ah, well... guess I should take out an ad for a dance partner in the Andale!

I went today for the Center 8 Class... woah, it's kicked my behind in a good way! The girls who take the class are all so nice and friendly and Tiffany is an excellent instructor. I'll definitely keep coming back. The vibe at the studio is so awesome. There's no intimidation and it's seriously fun (but challenging)!
