Default Strawberry Girl - Birdie (for Michelle)

Posting this publicly in the event there are other Birdies lurking about.

I'm finishing up "Strawberry Girl", a book set in the days of Florida's settlement - sort of the same time period as the Little House books. The chief character is called Birdie and when I'm done reading it, I thought your Birdie might be interested. It is a hard-reading book, especially if your listeners are younger (mine is 6) as the accents and language is very indigenous to the area. Some stuff I edit as I go along so it makes more sense. It is rich historical fiction though and so far, Birdie is a strong character.

Let me know if you're interested and if you're going to the bazaar I can hand it over there.

That is wonderful!! Thank you so much for thinking of my Birdie!! We may be out of town this weekend but if not, I will definitely be at the grand Bazar. If I don't meet up with you there, we can always plan a beach day in Paamul.
I can't wait to read it!!
