Exclamation Road construction

After the holiday break, the work crews are back out and ripping up more of 30th Avenue. Traffic going northbound on 30th past Constituyentes will be miserable for a few more weeks.

Has anyone ever stumbled across a website in Playa that does a somewhat decent job of listing planned (said with tongue-in-cheek) road work?

It's quite miserable when Z-Gas doesn't service your area for over a week because they don't bother finding alternate routes. Knowing their "schedule" isn't going to help much in this situation, unless you have some way of planning ahead (fill that extra tank, etc).

Thanks!

I don't know of any websites. Seems to be a plan, though.

The road in front of my school (6Bis) has been torn up since they did 30th, on this side of town. I have called 10 times to ask them to come fix it, as it is costing us business and provides a constant stream of dust into the building. Getting ready to take this one to the press, if I don't get some action soon. Government hates petitions and bad press.

Thumbs down

Sorry to hear about your school losing business. That's more of an issue than us not getting our gas bombas refilled. If you need a signature, let me know.

So, why oh why did they decide to start ripping up 30th and causing this confusion right before high season? Really... with all the extra traffic this area gets during December-March, did they need to add to the congestion with road closures and torn up streets? What were they thinking??? Let me guess... upcoming elections...

You guessed correctly.

Not more than 15 minutes after I typed my last post, the road crew showed up. They are starting the repairs, as we speak.

In the Roo has some serious pull.
