Beach Cleanup
I was at the Municipal Palace today and saw a flyer for a beach cleanup on Monday, July 28. The flyer said that people would be meeting at 7:30am near the point at the Coco Beach resort. The event will last until 11:30 according to the flyer.

The "feria" is the Expo Riviera Maya 2008 that is going on out in the Ejido right now...they have bullfights and lucha libre and some rides. That is a yearly thing. It goes until Sunday, July 27.
The beach cleanup is a local thing, I have seen other posters around for it now, they seem to be cleaning different parts of the beach that day.
