favorite US tv shows

Hi. I was sent this web site from a friend who lives in Morocco.

TV-Shows

It has links to many new and old US tv shows. In Morocco it is harder to find current US Tv shows. And since you cannot watch US shows on the web from an MX IP address I found this site fun to use.


I think it is a Japanese web site...so things have Japanese translations at the bottom of the screen.

very cool - and movies too
i wish i had a decent internet speed, but still not too bad
(except when the audio is 2-3 seconds behind the video - kinda Japanese looking )

Yup, all ya gotta do is get a U.S. satellite TV receiver, buy a satellite dish and have it installed, and subscribe to a U.S. satellite TV service. Many Americans do it down here.

Yes. Simple solution...
I was hoping it was something like overirde the IP address so the websites thought I was in the US.

There is a way to do that, using an anonymous proxy server. (This site gives a good simple definition of proxy servers.) The easiest way to do this is to use one of the many anon proxy server websites out there. Just google 'anonymous proxy server'. All you do is enter the website url and go. The problem is that you don't know which country the proxy server is in, so you may need a lot of tries before you get a country which will work for you.

There is a more effective way to do this. But it is more technical, and I wouldn't recommend it to the average person. You would need to find the IP address for a U.S. anonymous proxy server online and then configure your browser to use that server. This will affect everything your browser does, and most people will want to change it back as soon as they're done. If you forget, it may affect some other things you do online.
