Where can I find LG A/C remotes or get mine repaired ?

Can anyone help ? Down to manual operation on the units.

i started looking this up because i was able to get a new remote for mine somewhere, but then i remembered mine is daewoo. anyway, from the lg website, have you tried these places?:

Brent, you can get generic remotes for the ACs down here. I don't remember where we got ours, but you can ask at any AC store & they can probably help you out. They aren't easy to find, but they do exist.

I bet the guys at the AC store on Juarez - starts witha P, on the north side of the street - would know.
