Casa Playadise Available Christmas and New Years Week 2008

Our vacation rental - Casa Playadise - is available for the 2008 Christmas and New Year's weeks (and the first week in January 09). After that, we'll be there for the winter, but it will be available again beginning in late May/09.

It's a two (queen) bedroom, 1-1/2 bath townhouse on Calle 26 btw Av 20/25 with a private backyard garden, parking & laundry on site, close to Mega/DAC, 3 block stroll from 5th, fully a/c and equipped.

Just bumping this again. The house is available from Dec 18 (arrival) to Jan 10 (departure).

FYI, we're pretty excited because we're planning to put a plunge pool in this year. We don't have a huge yard, but figure we can manage a pool big enough for 6 people not knocking knees! love, love, love that 'air conditioning for the body'!!

This is unbelievable - we're still not booked. Most years, it's booked solid by April!

Wow, that's a great deal, Caroline! Even without the discount, Casa Playadise is a really good value. Friends of ours stayed there for New Year's one year and said it was the perfect place for them. It's in a nice area where a lot of expats live. And it's really close to yummy restaurants like Nativo, El Fogon, Dona Mary, La Pesca.

Hey, thanks a million for the promo, Libby! I love that area (well, I guess I would) and it's also very safe with the primo schools in the neighbourhood which means a good police presence.

We're getting enquiries every day or two, but no confirmations as yet - wish us luck!
