My sister and I stayed in room #301 in Dec, we heard the music at night but didn't have any problems sleeping. That room is further back on the left side (looking out at the ocean).
When I went in March with the kids we were closer to the water and on the right side. I didn't hear any music at night. I don't remember the room number. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will go back and stay there again. We would order food from Coco Maya (beach club next store) and they would bring it over to us. It saved a lot of $ because we had a soft cooler with beers and sodas on ice that we got from the market. The safe was big enough to fit the kids electronics and cameras. It isn't big enough to fit a lap top computer though. |

My Mom stayed there in February on the left side of the building and had no problems with noise what so ever. We really liked it there (I stayed with her during the day).
The hotel staff is really attentive. I know the manager -Maru Garcia- is very hands on and very good. Her english is close to perfect so if you email the resort direct she will answer you. I thought it was a really pretty and clean resort.

Thanks Roo Crew for the info so u say the closer u stay to the beach the quieter it is. Now i have to see how close i can get to the beach wish i knew the room numbers closest to the beach i would try to get one. Ok is there a difference in the three levels of the hotel ground level 2nd floor and third floor. Sorry to be a pain.

I was told by Maru when I made reservations that PP can't give a specific room number even if you have a request. She will do her best to accommadate, but can't guarantee |

We've stayed there six times. Noise is only a problem if a few rowdy guests make a racket on their way back to their room. Only experienced that once, and it can happen anywhere you stay.
See Victor if you need anything. He's the best. Have a great time, and share your experiences upon your return!
