Suggestions for 1-night out anniversary celebration

This year, my wife and I will celebrate our 10th anniversary in Playa. As we plan to have a babysitter, we hope to leave the kiddies for a night and sneak out to have a romantic night out-all night out. My wife suggested taking the ferry over to Cozumel and spending the night there. I'm not opposed to the idea, but I would like to hear some of your suggestions. What would you do if you had a night out with your spouse as far as hotels, restaurants, clubs, etc.? I guess I should point out we're looking for something in the middle-of-road price range.

My suggestion would be for dessert........Tempura Cheesecake at Playasia(SP) where the blue parrot use to be........It is without a doubt one of the best desserts we have ever had in Playa.........

If you were a wise man you would do *exactly* what your wife has proposed.

If you do go to Cozumel may I suggest staying at The Casa Mexicana Hotel in Cozumel Mexico, sister hotel of Suites Bahia and Suites Colonialand getting an ocean view room.
Very romantic setting. And breakfast is included.
If you take her to Pepe's Grill for dinner at sunset, I'm sure she will be suitably impressed. (I know I was)
It is right on the waterfront and a very romantic place to celebrate a special occassion.
To finish the night have a bottle of champagne (or whatever her favourite drink is)back on the balcony at Casa Mexicana with some soft music playing.

I want to go back there. Can you tell.

Massages on the beach after dinner would be nice

As fate would have it, we didn't get to spend our 10th anniversary in Playa. We had too much going on in Chetumal and couldn't get away. No Cozumel, no massages on the beach, and no Playa. We ended up strolling the Boulevard Bahia and eating tacos or something like that. God, my life is boring! Thanks for all the suggestions, they're on my list for next time.
