Looking for a good Dentist

We will be in Playa in February. We need some good dental work i.e crowns etc and would like to find a good bi lingual Dentist. Any ideas? Plus phone numbers? Thanks !!!

This is my dentist and he is very popular with the ex-pats. He is reasonable and speaks excellent English. His name is Dr. Jorge Armenta. His office is located on ave 30th and bis 6-across the street from El Fogon. His number is 984-873-2816 and his cell phone number is 984-137-2949

Many of my friends use Jorge (aka Dr. Armenta), and love him. He speaks perfect English.

I also know a number of people who use Coral Dental Center, and are very happy with them.

Make sure you will be in town long enough to get the work completed. A crown takes 2 appointments. The prep and then the seating or cementing it in. It takes a few days for the lab to make the crowns and you also want to have an extra day for any bite adjustments that may be needed after the crown is cemented. Root canals take even longer.

I really like my dentist, they have helped out a couple of times with low income patients and have even paid for the material themselves so they are very good dentists with a huge heart.
I also see them going to seminars learning the latest of everything in their field.
Victor speaks good English, but above all, they are very good at what they do and work with the latest available technology.
