Stupid Tourist Traps in Playa

We have lived here for a year and we walk by the same guys every other night on our way to eat at the family place. Our kids are VERY recognizable...bright white hair and big blue eyes. There is this one man that says....every time...."Take a look, free babysitter". Knowing that my husband was a few steps behind me with our son the other night I rolled the stroller over, told him that she needs to eat a 7 and kept walking. Not sure of the affect b/c my husband was pretty close behind but, it made me feel better. Of course, he said the same thing the next time we went past.

Many of the shops don't say anything anymore b/c they do see us all the time. But, when the kids are not with us, we blend right in. We enjoy hearing where they guess we are from...US, Canada, England.
