Dog Wash at Peanut

Can someone please tell me at what time the dog wash is on Saturdays at the Peanut Pet Shelter? Also - the address? I'd like to go today. Thanks

The dog wash is between 1-3pm. It's questionable whether they'll have it today since it rained all night - the dogs won't stay clean for very long.

Hopefully Andy/Jen/Adam/Rick can provide you with an update. Unfortunately, I don't think Andy/Jen/Adam check their messages Saturday mornings. If I can get a hold of them, I'll post an update for ya.

I just got word that the dog wash will be held today. The shelter does not publish their address because they already have a problem with dogs being tied up at their front door. They are way over capacity, plus it could be dangerous for the dog if he's not discovered quickly. I will pm the address to you.

One thing you may want to invest in is an apron from Walmart. You will know what I mean when you return from the wash!

The dog wash was great!! Being it was my first time there and my first time being among a pack of dogs I was a little nervous. We sprayed the dogs for fleas and ticks and manually removed the little parasites. They got such a great operation over there - Andy and Jen are saints and deserve every donation given!

I was wondering how one knows if the donation they made through paypal actually gets to the Shelter?

I sent one on Friday and was wondering if it got there, I'm sure it did or will, but was just curious.

Thanks for supporting the Peanut Pet Shelter, a1vacation!!!

They do not have internet access at the shelter, so it can take a few days before they are able to see your donation and send a thank you note. I know that the name on the Paypal account they use is not theirs, and that can be a bit disconcerting. They are using someone's else Paypal account, but Andy has assured me that the donations are getting to them. As nasplayacom suggested, you might want to send them an email.
