Default Jim the rib guy

Hi. Does anyone know of Jim the rib guy? If so, how does one meet him? Where does he operate from? And how would I know him if I saw him?

And are the ribs good? how much do they cost? and does he have them every day?

Whew! many questions I know, but gosh do I have a craving.....

Is it, "Jamie Frito", the same guy to makes sausage? If so, I can get in touch with him. Or you could ask at Java Joe's.

Cowboy John used to keep us all pretty well full of ribs and other smoked meat products. Yummm. Hope he comes back soo.

Asking around I found that the rib guy (Jim?) can be found hanging out at the Beer Bucket. I'm supposed to ask Ron if the rib guy is there. You can order pork short ribs by the slab- and he delivers the next day (if he has them). You just heat and add bbq sauce. it's $6 or $7 per slab.
Does that sound right to anyone else?

I hate the be the fool wandering around the bucket going 'ppssst..man...got any ribs???'

Here is the information needed to get in contact with Jim-his cell phone number is 984-131-8022. He is in Java Joes every morning but very early-like 6 am early and usually is gone before 8. He is in the Beer Bucket everyday from around 4 to about 6. Everyone on the 10 street places knows Jim.

I think that price is right-but how should I really know I'm only his wife

Jim is also doing breakfast sausage(which is the sausage for Pinche Gringos), hot italian sausage and beef jerky.

He usually has everything in the freezer that he vaccum packs but ususally a days notice will get you what you want.

Give Jim a call-I am in the states right now with my grandson-and he asked me to post this information for him and is looking forward to getting some of his ribs to you

Default Ribs... by Jim were fabulous!

I recently had some of the ribs Jim prepares and they are great. I was invited to try them with couple friends about a week ago. Someone else at the table said, "they were bone suckin' good"... they were!
