Default Wine question?

My friends wife likes wine, he sayz she drinks "Australian Pinot Noir or Shiraz wines" at home, can I find that in Playa or what is the equivalent Mexican name I should look for?... I know nothing about wine, But I will drink it!

thankx

WalMart had a good selection of imported wines last year and I'm sure I've seen other wine stores/sources mentioned in forums in the past. You can probably even find something Australian if you shop around.

Walmart and Sam's Club do indeed carry Australian wines including Pinot Noir and Shiraz, usually at very good prices. You might also consider some wines from this part of the world. You will see wines from Baja California which are gaining in reputation, and some really excellent wines from Chile and Argentina all in the same price range as the Australian wines.

For a very large selection of international wines check out "Winery & Plus" store right across from Walmart on Calle .
