It is the beach club and the beach in front of it on the beach in Tulum and its very nice. Its easy to get to just take the colectiovoes or ado bus to down town Tulum. Then take a taxis tell the taxis driver u want to go to El Pasaiso. Colectioves are $3 and Ado bus is around $5 taxis from Tulum to El Pasaiso $4.50. We were just there had a great time on the beach and the food at the beach club was good. We are going back in april we love the place.

You will love it!!
Make it a point! And...furthermore ...if you take the colectivo to Tulum, tell the driver that you want to go to Tulum PUEBLO (town) or else he will assume that you want to go to the Ruins. And... , while you are at it, ask him to drop you off at Pollo Bronco in town. THE best chicken that you will ever eat...and I mean that. Cheap, cheap, cheap, too. You can eat it there, or ask 'para llevar' (to go) and take it to the beach with you as a picnic lunch.

The waiters at the beach club will tell you not to bring in food and drinks...They told us that we had to move away from the club if we planned on eating and drinking our own stuff. (after we paid for our palapa and chairs). There were a few security guards keeping an eye out.
![]() The sand there is white and the beach is more flat and easier to walk on than in Playa. If you head north, you will see the ruins from the beach. If you go south, you just might find you have the beach to yourself. |

that was the famous 2007 Peepstock van ride back from Tulum. memorable to some (mostly the van driver!!!, blurry to me) ![]() right after, I almost got into a fight at HC Monterrey too... Stewie saved my butt. oh, those were the days. Such a Lady. ** here's a thought** it should be a new custom that: the person riding shotgun in a van ride has to entertain the whole van. with any means possible. whadda you think ?? A. IF you're gonna stop at Pollo Bronco - don't stop at the chicken. You MUST get some papas as well! Don't be alarmed that they come in a tube like spaceman food, they are good beyond rationality.
B. Debbie and Popeye... Miss you guys! (Especially you Debbie, cuz you're prettier - [sorry Popeye].) Debbie, I'll get your back ANY day! C. Get ready to roll, Red... I'm coming armed for party and I take no prisoners! Red - I think we will likely be hanging at El Paraiso at least once or twice while we're staying in Akumal. Let me know if you guys wanna coordinate so was to be there at the same time. |
