Hey Mon, thanks... it's not been too bad yet. I do miss him so much, but I know he'll be home on Monday (at least for two days). Plus, I've been doing a lot of research and sending out Press Releases and Media Advisories for them, so I'm keeping busy.

After he leave Houston on Tuesday, I think it may sink in then. He's only been gone two weeks so far, but the next leg will be 4 weeks. This is definately a record for me and Flash as far as "intimate relations" I'm NOT looking forward to the next 4 weeks

I hope you guys get to go to the game... so far, Tampa and Miami have been AWESOME and committed to letting Cary throw out the first pitch at their games, so we're hoping that more ball teams will follow suit... would be SUPER cool if they could do that in Baltimore!

All the ballbarks they've been to so far have been really cool about letting the guys go on the field, interview players, giving signed memorabelia, tours of the stadiums, free tickets, etc... Colorado is one that's being difficult... and I think the Cubs too... they're not doing ANYTHING for the guys. Can you believe? This is for charity, come on!

I really hope Baltimore treats them good too... I have been telling all my friends about it...so hoping when they come to town that there is a big deal made about it.

What a thrill it was to leave work and walk a few blocks to Camden Yards and see the 30 on One van parked next to the Wharehouse!

Brooks was walking around filming so I got to meet all the guys and Mom while I waited for him to get back. Cary is a great guy. And his Mom a very sweet lady.

When Brooks got back to the van we chatted for awhile and then decided to walk around the stadium...grab a couple of hot dogs and head into the game. It was a great night...no rain...and not too hot...we never made it to our seats ...we stood for the whole game above the out of town scoreboard in the flag court....Michael likes to watch the games from here because he says it's like being a kid in the knot hole gang... one of the batters in the 1st inning hammered a homerun over our heads onto Eutaw Street and it bounced up hit a window on the wharehouse WOW!

We had a few beers...some soft pretzels...made a quick call to Laura back home in Texas...it was great to talk to you Laura ....and happily watched the Orioles beat the Royals 7-5...yes Brooks picked the O's to win....and exchanged lots of hugs and had an overall fantastic evening! What a great crusade these guys have been on...I hated for the night to end and hated to say goodbye.

At the end of the game we walked Brooks back to the van and he pointed out to us that on the back of the van was a list of all the stadiums they had visited with the check marks showing where they had been and which one's they had left to visit.



We stuck around at the end to watch Cary stick on the check mark for Baltimore.





Cary was very impressed with Camden Yards...he said it ranked #3 out of all the stadiums. Today at work I proudly wore my yellow Livestrong bracelet that they gave me. I gotta say I was surpised how energetic they all were after being on the road so long.

So glad we got to spend some time with you Brooks and be part of this great adventure! Safe travels the rest of the trip!

Thank you SO MUCH for taking and posting those pics Mon! I'm so glad you guys got to make the game and visit with Flash. I know he's homesick, and I KNOW it made his day to see you guys. I really wish I could have been there, it sounded like you guys were having such a great time when we talked on the phone. We really need to make a Northeast trip soon.

Thanks so much to you two for coming out to the game and visiting for a bit! It REALLY was the shot in the arm that I needed to make down this last stretch. And thanks for posting the pics too! I had a great time and really hated to leave. And one more thanks for the suggestion of the crabs! Bo Brooks was a great place to chill and munch down on some crabs.

I will post some pics just as soon as I can. (We are currently heading down one of the crappiest roads in PA. on our way to St. Louis.)

Last nights game in the Bronx was everything that I expected and more. The Yankees broke out the big sticks last night and crushed the Rangers 18-7.

Many thanks to you and Michael for coming out to the game. And I'm in agreement with Lulu in saying that we HAVE to make a B-more roadie!

Well, it's officially over! We are done with the 30th stadium! The only thing left now is the drive back into Houston.

Presently we are on I-55 south, about 100 miles away from Louisiana. Then hang a right on I-12, then to I-10 all the way into H-town! We are making pretty good time, and we MIGHT make it into town before noon.
