Today, $3.59 in Central MO but it changes daily as does the price per barrel (as if it really has that much to do with it)

Im taking a road trip to Monterey in June and I fully expect the diesel to be well over $5 a gallon. F**k**g ridiculous!

Last week I found it for 3.39 and decided to go ahead and fill it up. I havent looked at gas this week...I still have 3/4 of a tank, and probably won't need any for another week.

At some pumps in the UK (its always a bit more expensive in the south of the country) prices for unleaded petrol are currently at £1.15 (about $2.30) per litre for unleaded fuel, although the average for the UK is around £1.10 per litre ($2.20) for unleaded, and £1.20 ($2.40) for diesel.

I believe you have all been talking in prices per gallon, correct? So..... as 1 gallon = 4.55 litre, that would bring the averages to compare with yours, to $10.01 per gallon unleaded and $10.92 per gallon diesel.

Make you feel better over that side of the pond??
