Hmmm, this thread seems to have turned into a "shout out to my posse" kinda of thing...but returning to the original idea of a "secret" crush, there are a couple of people for whom I have a growing sense of affection which I haven't expressed enough...

Melliedee, for the calming combination of sweetness and intellect she brings to the board; MWC, because she's smart and strong enough to argue her point of view while remaining grounded and confident enough to never go nuclear; Cosmo, for being this board's mystical mad monk, profound and irreverant simultaneously.

I would love an afternoon in a cafe with these three talking the mysteries of time, the joys of literature and the dirt of politics. That would be a pleasure.
