hi everyone
nora here
excuse the lower case--- one finger typing.

thanks for all the good wishes
this whole ordeal is lousy

only thing i remember is doctor saying --impingement
and the aenestasist--spelling-- local didn't work
no kidding --i knew that as soon as i woke up
narcotics every 3 hours and boy do i need them
sleeping sitting up in guest room but can't get up or go to bed without help

appointment in one week to remove and change dressings and then another in 2 weeks to find out about more physiotherapy and if this is it or do i need more surgery------right now i say--------- no way

will be reading on the forum but not much posting for a bit.

oh and nick has been great
doing everything including waking up in middle of night to help me to the bathroom and changing ice in polar cub and giving me pills
