Hull were awesome in the second half tonight. We looked very very nervous up to the Nicky Barmby goal just before half time though. Mind you, not won anything yet. Having said that, the very thought of a winner takes all game for a chance to go up to the Premier League for the first time in the club's 104 year history is mindblowing. (Not even thinking about the £50 million windfall they would get for going up.)

I'm still shaking my head at your incline of 15. Whew! I'm upping mine tomorrow plus adding 10 minutes. Chest and Back today. Upped the weight.......big lifting day. I'm wiped. So...this means two more days this week...skip Saturday and go back in on Sunday. Keep on truckin'. I was the only girlie in there ......... And......if I ever hear Mylie Cyrus' again I fear I WILL PUKE!
