Jenny jacks her heat up like an old lady. I was raised in a family where you don't turn on the heat till you can see your breath in the house, so we have to take turns where we hang. Me sweatin over there, or her wrapped in blankets over here. True friendship.

Oh! I forgot to tell you, that Jamacian joint was so cool, we need to go back for dinner. They had a buffet of jerk chicken, beans and rice, and fried plantains---it was awesome! Total funky hole in the wall, Red Stripe and what they called "strong cherries" for 50 cents a piece (I didn't get one cuz i was damaged from the nite before...)

Trip planning for me. Week and half till my NYC conference, then come right home for a ski girls weekend in Pennsylvania. Feb is actually our "slow" time in the ole advising office, so I'm looking forward to some vaca days.
