How's the bum feeling today, Zoom? Did your car get crunched?

Will you be tasting wine today while the parking lot thaws?

Iam sore.....the truck is fine..... I tried to get out of the truck and realized there was no way to walk on the pavement....tried to turn around to move to the upper parking lot and began to slide.....it was sliding along pretty slow went in came to a peaceful stop against the tree......making my way into the building was an adventure......now I afraid if anyone else is as dumb as me and tries to come in they will end up sliding into my truck

Although I'm sure it is beautiful where you live, I just don't know if I could take living in extreme conditions such as yours. I'm a wimp when it comes to cold weather.

Did you ever buy the hot tub? Now that I could do.

Good thing you didn't have another fall on your way into work.

we only get extreme weather it seems like once every 3 years.......its nice having equal parts of all four seasons.....I love snow and wish we got more.....but I could do without the ice......all I hear outside is sirens......they are saying it will warm up this afternoon

Yeah, it's a mess up in CT.
This is the one downside of global temparature creep that I see ...
less fluffy snow,
more icky ice.

Did you guys get your votes in last night? I've never heard of voting hours being extended because of the weather.

You guys could always move to Dallas. I had a sundress on Sunday. We might be needing a sommelier in our restaurant in the next month.

you would not have to twist Monica's arm....she talks of her plans to move out of state all the time, she had a rant about it last night when we got home ..but I have alot of family here so it would be hard for me

We're starting to look at colleges for my eldest, and weather vis a vis holiday travel is definitely figuring into our thoughts ... UNT's on the short list (but not just for that reason -- she wants to study jazz vocal performance).

I'd love to investigate Texas as a place to retire to.

I'm telling you......I'm loving it more and more here. There is so much to do. Loving the arts and vibe of the downtown area.

I feel your pain Michael. It is pretty nasty up this way too and the drive in was a bunch of fun. At least you have Playa to look forward too.
