SORRY FOR ALL CAPS BUT EASIER FOR ME RIGHT NOW or i could do this in all lower case.
 slipped and fell on the ice  and dislocated my left shoulder,fractured the humerus bone and still don't know if i have any damage to the rotator cuff.i hate winter  NORA And I am trying my best to be a patient and caring nurse to the patient. Nick Trip report to ASP has been temporarily detained.

We recommend bed rest and bourbon...and make Nick wait on you hand and foot.

So sorry to hear that.
My aunt slipped and fell on ice too last week. She had surgery as she fractured a bone in her arm too. What do you call the bone that runs from your shoulder to your elbow? The doc had to screw in a plate. Sorry, I'm not good with medical terms.Hope that you are not in too much pain. Get better soon!!!

I feel your pain, dealing with a rotator cuff injury myself. Lots of rest and GCA are the ticket

Ouch! is right, Wow, I can almost feel the pain - Here's hoping you get better soon. Yeah, ICE SUCKS! we're expecting some more tonight but Playa is just around the corner, Thank God!!
