Nice Mark. Good choice.

I acknowledge that the late 70's and early '80's may not have been recognized for the best music, however this cover song (written by Carol King) performed by Todd Rungren, happens to be one of my favorites. Way ta go Todd!!


Ok...don't look at him if you don't want to. Close your eyes and just listen to his interpretation of a great song. I think that we still have the vinyl in a cedar trunk tucked in our basement somewhere.

An assortment of old Dan Fogelberg music I downloaded from iTunes. I used to listen to his music a LOT when I was very young but haven't for years. When we put all of our music on iTunes, I realized that I didn't own a single Dan Fogelberg CD except for his Christmas one (the ones I had were back in the days of vinyl), so I went & bought a bunch of my old favorite songs online. Listening to his music really takes me back in time. Some of his songs are hauntingly beautiful, and i love the lyrics he wrote.

RIP, Dan.

I should be at the 311 concert at Red Rocks, but decided to pass this year for some stupid reason. If I had gone I'd be having the time of my life and they'd be playing this song about now
