Aren't you guys forgetting Sleepless in Seatle, You've Got Mail, and My Best Friend's Wedding??

Kidding aside, I'll add The Unforgiven, Romper Stomper, and Raging Bull.

WalMart has Oscar winning films on sale for 80 pesos. I bought Bridge over the River Kwai and the French Connection, to watch while I am in DF, this week.

Two good ones.

Well, if we're going that far back into the sixties (sixties guy flicks being a whole sub genre) how about the original half-indian, half cowboy, ex-Green Beret, liberal, anti-war, pacifist, martial arts butt kicking protector of small children and wild animals...Billy Jack!

They Only Kill Their Masters...low budget but very fun James Garner flick in the "Rockford Files" style. And a "smokin' hot" Katherine Ross!

And speaking of James Garner, there is "Marlowe"...based on the Raymond Chandler character and featuring an unbelievable screen debut for a very young Brue Lee. Wonderful scene where he destroys Garner's office.
