Posting Videos

Hi All,

Can anyone suggest a good web site for uploading & then posting videos. I'm finding Photo Bucket to be a bit troublesome.

Hello Maureen, I've never used PhotoBucket so I don't know how it compares, but I would recommend YouTube for uploading your videos.

You will have to create a YouTube account if you don't already have one. Then use these instructions to upload your video. They accept wmv, avi, mov and mpg videos, and possibly a few others.

Once your video shows up on YouTube, just copy the YouTube url, and paste it into your post on In the Roo.

FYI, Joe & I have a second GPS unit (also a Garmin) here in Chicago. We can pack it to bring down on Jan. 16th. If you all would like to have it, it's yours. I know it will go to good use with the further development of the Interactive Map on the forum. Perhaps you can cancel the order of the GPS you ordered?? ....Let me know...it's completely up to you.

Our sailboat is up for sale & we do not have the need for two GPS units.
