May 2008 Trip

9 Days until a nice cold Superior followed by a Leon, then maybe a Montejo, and possibly a Negra Modelo. If I'm feeling really good, I'll start the cycle again.

Thinking about our one year anniversary trip. (Been together for 13 years) We had our honeymoon in Playa and are continuing the tradition. This time 11days of fun and sun.

Don’t really have anything planned...

Definitely will hit Mamitas & Bad Boys.
Have my huge lobster tail thermador.
Sport our new bathing suits on the beach
Get a massage in Xel-Ha
Have breakfast at Café Ole in Puerto Aventuras - French toast with fried bananas.
Maybe a fishing trip on Poverty Sucks.
Find a good place for Tacos Pastor
Scope out new hotels for future stays
Would love to go to Majahual: anyone know how long it takes?
Spend an afternoon in Morelos.

Anyone else have any ideas? Or if anyone wants to get together for a drink,let us know.

would love to get together with you guys...

* watch the fire dancers at the blue parrot
...one week from now we will be in paradise...I cant wait till I have the Santanera watermelon martini in my hand.

The fire dancers at the Blue Parrot is a fun experience! We learned later that you can watch them from that establishment or any other along the beach.... But the BP was a great club to go to, dance, relax and especially enjoy the view from atop the balcony - could see Cozumel and the lights of a cruise ship which made the venture quite romantic!

I think I have a pic of the Fire Dancers in my TR on day 2 or 3 - enjoy!

It's about a 3-1/2 hour drive from Playa.
