On the Road in The Roo...
Day one...
Arrived in Cancun about 7:20, made the 7:45 bus and were walking down fifth behind our bags in the pedi-cab under the light of the Lunar eclipse...  Oops, wrong pic   We arrive at Sacbe ready for a mojito so we drop off our bags and head to..   It was crowded so we shared our table with a couple of wonderful German girls, Katerina - the tall one, and Daniela  .had some great food and several of these...  we headed to the Beer Bucket to say hey to Ron and walked the girls home and all of a sudden it was 3:00 AM  so went home, had some wine and the rest is to follow...

Day two in the Roo..
Not wanting to miss any fun we were up at the crack of noon, we had coffee from Java Joe's, here's the view from our patio..   Went to hit the ATM and went to Doc Taco's for lunch - he really is a doctor.  Sat next to a couple from Delaware - they were both doctors as well and had lunch there everyday they were in Playa. We headed to the beach at El Pirate's and I had say to hi to my buddy from last year...  The weather was fantastic...    Later we headed down to Zenzi to meet some friends and do some mojito research...  We saw this little guy on the way to the condo...pretty cute...  After an uneventful dinner at Media Luna (it hasn't been the same since Eric left) we finished our bottle of wine and enjoyed the view..  We strolled and did some window shopping, had some mojitos at Babe's and the rest is a little foggy...

Great pics Cosmo! The one with the puppy is sooo cute, especially with the wings in the background.
 I have to tell you though, that parrot is a mean son of a bird! Loco!! He whistled at me and I thought "oh, how cute but he practically bit my hand off when I petted him!! It hurt like heck and he scared the bejesus out of me! I still have a chunk of skin missing off my hand!His buddy is a lot nicer.

Day three, TGIF...we head to The Hole in the Wall for brunch and to find our friend Greco. After a fantastic meal we walk over to see Greco's soon to open Dirty Martini bar just down the street..
 Karens friend Cindy is in town to do some custom paint effects as the mason watches her "progress"...  After a hard day of shopping and more mojito research...  we catch a nap and head out to Babe's north...   The mojito were good, not as good as the original Babe's but who's complaining. We head over to PG's and run into... The Kiryfans,Michele and John (Mr. in the Roo) and a bunch of locals we hadn't seen in a while...  Renee and I...  Renee with Sara - soon to be Mrs. Bruno..  Bruno, Greco, and Cosmo ...  I sang Gloria with the band but thankfully no one took pics, it was a very fun night and it was great to see everyone. We were so glad our friend Katerina showed up and we walked her home..what a wonderful night...
