This 2 level loft style unit is located on the main level facing the pool and courtyard gardens.
The private patio on the ground level courtyard is enhanced with the presence of a wall fountain that is shared with the suite next door. Happy hour couldn’t be more relaxing, surrounded by the sounds of the fountains.
The living room enjoys views of the garden and pool through the 16 foot windows which bring in lots of light. The living room is very spacious and has an L-shaped sofa which allows for extra sleeping accommodation. A full size bathroom with shower is also on the main level.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line stainless appliances. Dining table seats 4. Laundry room is off the kitchen with full size washer and dryer.
The stair-case ascending to the mezzanine level has a king size bed and is dominated by all the light coming in from the two story windows. There is cable TV in the bedroom as well as the main floor.
Rental is based on double occupancy.

A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations stated in our polices.
