This beautiful condo has been decorated in true Mexican-Caribbean style but also with all of the luxuries such as marble floors and counters, solid wood furnishings and spectacular furniture and art pieces from all over Mexico.
The living room overlooks the courtyard gardens so you can enjoy the view along with the sound of the fountains.
Condo #8 is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and stair access. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Both bedrooms have king size beds and their own private bathrooms. Both bedrooms also have their own private decks overlooking 5th Avenue with table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove top range, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator. Mix your margaritas at the bar which is equipped with a sink and wine cooler.
The dining area seats 6+ persons and is perfect for entertaining.
Condo 8 is equipped with a 36” flat screen TV, cablevision, DVD and CD player.
Spiral stairs just outside your front door lead to your own private roof top deck where you will enjoy Caribbean Sea and city views. There is Jacuzzi tub, dining table for 6, barbecue, sink, electric outlets and a small refrigerator. There is also a concrete sofa with beautiful sunbrella cushions and umbrellas.
Rental is based on 4 persons.

We accept payment via bank transfers and Paypal.
A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations stated in our polices.

Policy:
Reservation Policies
Reservations can be made by completing the Rental Reservation Request form or by email. Once we receive your inquiry we will confirm within 24 hrs the availability of the condo and the rates.
Once the dates have been confirmed as available and you are ready to make your reservation a deposit of 50% of the rental rate is required within a time period of 7 days. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Rates
Rates are based on a weekly stay. The minimum stay at the Royal Palms Condos is 5 nights. Additional rates may apply if the occupancy of the condo is exceeded. The charge for an extra person is $25 per night per person.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit must be in cash or travel checks and will be returned upon an inspection of the condo on your check out day.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
60+ days in advance – Deposit minus $50 will be refunded.
30 – 60 days in advance – 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Less than 30 days – No deposit will be refunded.
In the event you are unable to travel due to hurricanes – Deposit minus $50 will be refunded.
