We tried the COVI on the highway in early June -08 and had the following experience. The prices were all clearly labelled except for the Don Julio Anejo and Reposado. When asked the price we were quoted prices about 100 pesos more than any liquor store on Quinta. It appeared as though the employees were ripping off the tourists by overcharging. Dont believe what you hear about COVI having great prices its not true. We had a great experience buying Tequila at a tourist type store on Avenida 10 around Calle 6. They allowed us to sample a variety of tequilas and had all of the prices clearly marked. (Even a nice discount for using US dollars) If you havent tried it "La Pinta"tequila is el supremo!
